Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client after full payment has been received. Mavn retains ownership of unused concepts, exploratory work, internal methods, processes, and materials not included in the final deliverables.
Third-party assets, fonts, software, photography, or licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Mavn may display completed work for promotional purposes, including our website, portfolio, social media, presentations, and case studies. Confidential or unreleased work will not be published before an agreed launch or disclosure date. Some projects may rely on third-party platforms, software, plugins, hosting providers, fonts, APIs, or other external services.
Mavn is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or limitations caused by third-party providers.
